The Plymouth Chamber Music Festival, in its sixth season, was born out of a vision to present exciting classical music performances in the historic town of Plymouth, Massachusetts.  The founders, Laurien Laufman, Professor Emeritus of the University ofIllinois and Jamie Fiste, Associate Professor of Cello at Central Michigan University, desire to create a vibrant music series of the highest quality in the town of Plymouth.  Join us for our sixth season of the Plymouth Chamber Music Festival!

 

The sixth annual Plymouth Chamber Music Festival is celebrating the finest in string literature.  We will bring you some of the most beloved chamber music works in the repertoire, such as the American String Quartet by Dvorak, the beautiful Brahms Quintet No. 2 in G major, the Brahms String Sextet, Op 36  and the Mozart String Quintet.  Come and join us for concerts at the Linn Theater at the Plimoth Plantation that are sure to be the highlight of your summer!

The Plymouth Chamber Music Festival presents classical music concerts in the town of Plymouth, Massachusetts
MA at the Plimoth Plantation Linn Theater. We present chamber music concerts for New England audiences that come from Boston, Cape Cod, throughout the south shore of Massachusetts, Providence, New Hampshire, Duxbury, Plympton, Pembroke, Stoughton, Braintree, Weymouth, Scituate, Middleboro, Bridgewater, Easton, North Easton, Canton, South Duxbury, Marshfield, Norwell, Sagamore, Sandwich, West Barnstable, Banstable, Yarmouth, Falmouth, Brookline, Dedham, Newton, Waltham, Arlington. We perform music for string quartet, string trio, piano trio, piano quartet, string duets duos, and solos for violin, viola, cello and piano.
